- After stirring, you need to cover the pot with a lid right away. This will keep the steam inside, and the couscous will cook in that steam, making it fluffy. Usually, people make this mistake, and it ruins the entire recipe.
- You need to let the pot sit for 15 minutes on one side. During this time, the couscous will absorb the water.
